Posted in Uncategorized by Paul Jacob on August 29th, 2006

Nikon Coolpix S10 has 6.0 megapixel. Its got 10x optical Zoom and 16mb of internal memory. One feature that attracted me was the WiFi capability of this camera. Now you can take pictures and instantly send it to your computer or to your printer. Also it has Vibration Reduction (VR) technology which minimizes the effect of camera shake. Its also got a 2.5-inch LCD screen which makes it easy to compose and share pictures.

The S10 also has; In-Camera Red-Eye Fix removes most instances of red-eye, Face-Priority AF to find and focus on faces in your pictures, and D-Lighting to rescue overly dark images, all of which makes taking great pictures easy. The COOLPIX S10 also adds new entertainment to photography with Nikons Pictmotion function that lets users combine images, movies, music and visual styles for automatically produced audiovisual shows, in-camera that can be enjoyed on the large built-in LCD with wide viewing angle of 170 degrees.

Checkout the iMac of the Future

Future ImacFuture iMac

While surfing the net, something caught my eye and it seems to be this concept for a future imac computer. It sure looks good, from the clear monitor display to the light up keyboard, mouse, and speakers. The design from the looks of it almost feels realistic(i wish it was) but its a concept by illustrator and designer Adam Benton. He is truly capturing the human capability to go beyond limitations and showing us anything is possible.

The screen itself is 30 inches, however I am unclear if it is touch sensitive. Then again the designer wanted us to imagine whatever came into our mind and so theres unlimited possibilities. Also, the keyboard truly caught my eye since I have never seen a clear setup with touch sensitive buttons.I will let you guys do the rest of the thinking imagining.

ie7_home_mainMicrosoft has just released the next version in the explorer series. This new version will completely change the way you surf the internet for ages to come.Perhaps it is window’s answer to the ever growing popularity of firefox in the internet community. The generation gap between the technology found in firefox and windows internet explorer are not visible anymore.

With the new release of explorer 7beta,microsoft encourages web developers to ready their websites for the complete release of the browser. Infact Windows has available for the technical audience, such as web developers a Readiness Toolkit for download.Internet Explorer 7 RC1 is available for download on Windows XP SP2, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, and Windows Server 2003 systems.

This build is available in English but all other languages including Arabic, Finnish, German, and Japanese; French and Spanish versions will also be available for the first time in September.

Windows Explorer 7 improves on alot from its prior version which was lagging heavily behind the competitors. New improvements include performance, stability, security and not to mention application compatibility. Microsoft has also made enhancements to the fit and finish of the user interface, completed CSS platform changes and also added language support.

Since I am running the new explorer currently I decided to give you guys some feedback on the new features found in it.

New Interface:
Internet Explorer 7 has a new interface that shows more of each webpage you visit, instead of those bulkynew interface toolbars. The streamlined toolbar makes it easier to add websites to your Favorites, search the web, clear your history, and access the other tasks and tools you use most. There is an option which enables you to turn on the toolbars if you prefer(I have it on). Read the rest of this entry »
